The Microsoft Innovation Centre in Integration (CIIN) is the result of a strategic agreement between the Regional Government of Cantabria and Microsoft Iberica, being officially launched in January, 16th of 2006.
The expertise of the CIIN is related to Integration and Interoperability, which are key concepts in a world connected to the Internet, where the needs of information interchange between the enterprises and the government (at different levels) are particularly relevant in order to provide services of added value to citizens.
In this scenario, we’re creating a knowledge base about integration technologies as a natural way to facilitate the expertise of the IT companies and the development of the e-Administration and Information Society.
